At Benz Hospital, patients can choose from the following categories of wards and rooms:

1. How will I get my lab and radiology test results?

Tests results can be collected from the hospital, as soon as they are ready. You can choose to collect it before the follow up-appointment with your physician as well.

1. What is the procedure for discharge?

The doctor treating you must advise for discharge, after which the process can begin. The patient/ attendant can complete the discharge procedure, with the help of the nurse, who guides you through the steps. Once all the documents are submitted and payment dues are cleared, the attendant tags must be returned. All the reports and medical summaries of the hospital stay and treatment are handed over to the patient, which is the final step of the discharge process.

​We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, online transfers, as well as demand drafts, as modes of payment.

7. Visitors Information

1. What are the visiting hours at Benz hospital?

​The visiting hours are from 5 pm – 7 pm for our in-patient units. However, one attendant is permitted to stay with the patient at all times.
